  • We deal only with wholesalers, retailers, and business clients
  • Not intended for individual retail customers

  • All products are imitation/artificial jewellery made using copper and brass base
  • Product images are for reference; slight variations may occur due to craftsmanship and lighting
  • Designs may be updated or modified without prior notice

4. Orders & Pricing

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise
  • Bulk pricing may vary based on quantity and customization
  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled

5. Payment Terms

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation (full or partial as agreed)
  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated during order confirmation
  • Delay in payment may delay dispatch

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on production and logistics
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier or external factors
  • Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are dispatched

7. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

As a B2B manufacturer, we follow a strict policy:

  • ❌ No return or refund once order is confirmed and processed
  • ✅ Exception – Manufacturing Defect Only:
    • Replacement or refund may be provided after verification
    • Decision will be taken on a case-to-case basis
    • Customer must inform within a reasonable time after delivery

8. Quality Assurance

We ensure high-quality standards; however:

  • Minor variations are part of handcrafted/artificial jewellery
  • Wear and tear due to usage is not covered

9. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content belong to Magenta Creation
  • Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
